Services
HVAC in LA (California Contractors License CSLB #1111096) provides residential and light commercial HVAC services including installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in Los Angeles and Ventura County, California.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by phone are indicative only. All work is priced on a flat-rate or time-and-material basis, quoted in writing before any work begins. No work will be performed without your written or verbal approval of the quoted price.
Warranties
- Labor warranty: All repair and installation work carries a 1-year labor warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Equipment warranty: New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product line; we will provide documentation at installation.
- Diagnostic fee: The diagnostic fee ($180) covers technician time and is credited towards the repair. It is non-refundable if you decline repair.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We provide 2-hour arrival windows. If we are unable to arrive within the window due to prior emergency calls, we will contact you. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 reschedule fee.
Limitation of Liability
HVAC in LA's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from equipment failure between scheduled service visits.
California Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
