Outside, they prepped the area for the new A/C unit with extreme attention to detail ensuring the unit was far enough from the wall, and setting it on a completely level air conditioner condenser pad with small pebble rocks installed underneath the base to prevent it from sinking over time, and even digging a custom dry well with stones for the condensate drain line. Jacob ensured every single aspect, seen and unseen, was done to the highest possible level. Flawless Home & Pet Care: During the two-day installation, the team treated my home with the utmost respect. They removed wall decor to prevent damage, laid down floor protectors, and took extreme care to keep my pets safe. Spotless Cleanup: Once completed, they left the property immaculate. They hauled away the old units, cleared all packaging, and cleaned the floors and driveway. Passed Inspections with Flying Colors: Both the HERS inspection and the City Inspector confirmed that the installation was flawless and running at peak efficiency, with the city inspector explicitly noting what an excellent job HVAC in LA did.
