Error codes vary by brand. Call us with your brand name and the code (e.g., "Mitsubishi P8") and we'll tell you what it means and what to expect for the repair.

Can one failed zone affect the rest of my multi-zone system?

Sometimes. Some multi-zone systems will shut down the entire outdoor unit if one indoor head faults. Others isolate the bad zone. Either way, we diagnose the root cause, not just restart the system.

Is it cheaper to repair or replace an old mini-split?

Units under 10 years old with a single component failure are usually worth repairing. Older units or those with compressor failure often make more sense to replace, especially given current rebate availability.
